Packs/Worlds showing as deactivated in-game/Not active after purchase

I downloaded the For Rent pack and in my game files it says the pack is there but in CAS and in build mode etc it says I don't own it, I have repaired sims and the EA app but the issue is still not f...

I recently got the new Sims 4 Expansion Pack.

 

Now I can't play any of the expansions anymore. They have already been reinstalled, repaired, and so on, but I can't get them activated again. It says owned/deactivated.

 

Can anyone help me?

You need to go to the Marketplace under “My Collection” and activate them there.
