I downloaded the For Rent pack and in my game files it says the pack is there but in CAS and in build mode etc it says I don't own it, I have repaired sims and the EA app but the issue is still not f...

So I have a premium subscription for EA, and it included the Toddler Stuff pack/add-on and the Get To Work career pack, or add-on. On EA it says they're installed but in the Sims 4 marketplace it says they are deactivated. I restarted my laptop to try to fix it and cleared my app cache too. And uninstalled the 2 packs and reinstalled them, but it still says they're deactivated. I don't use mods or cc yet btw, as I haven't learned to use them yet.
kaitykat125 In the marketplace where you see them deactivated, you need to click the “pack selection” button, check the deactivated packs, then click confirm.
