I downloaded the For Rent pack and in my game files it says the pack is there but in CAS and in build mode etc it says I don't own it, I have repaired sims and the EA app but the issue is still not f...

It says it is still part of my game when i went to my ea app on my computer, however every time i try to enter my games that use said packs it basically says i dont have them in my game and cannot load it unless i load without the packs and kits used.
