I've installed the sims 4 royalty and legacy, it says it's installed in my sims 4 games library however, in-game it says I don't own the pack. I pre-ordered it, installed it, and I'm not sure why its saying that. I've tried the 'fix sims 4' option, uninstalled both that pack and all my packs, and uninstalled sims 4 entirely, yet it won't let use my royalty pack. On top of that every time I load out of sims and back into sims and click to see what packs are installed, it'll keep changing what's displayed as installed/ unowned packs along with the royalty pack. I don't have any mods installed either.
