I downloaded the For Rent pack and in my game files it says the pack is there but in CAS and in build mode etc it says I don't own it, I have repaired sims and the EA app but the issue is still not f...
Ideas
I tried to load my game and got a notification on the loading screen that the add-on "Get To Work" was not installed. When I played the game the day before, everything worked just fine. I tried to repair the defect first and when that did not work, I uninstalled then reinstalled the add-on. When it still did not work, I uninstalled the entire game, then reinstalled everything again. When I went to start the game, I still had the same issue that the game was not recognizing that the add-on "Get To Work" was installed. I am unsure what I can do at this point now.
In the game, try going to Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection and see if it says if it is active or not.
