i have the sims 4 along with 24 of the added expansions / stuff but only 3 of these are loading in all are installed , i have uninstalled and reinstalled thought at one point it was my laptop so i did a factory reset
started over but still the same problem is happening .
all was working well on Monday when i was playing went to play tuesday and the problem has been the same since
