I bought the two latest expansion packs
Adventure awaits and Royalty and Legacy - well, the last one works - the first one, doesn't. It shows on the main page as owned, but when I click on the map it doesn't.
I repaired the game, uninstalled the pack and reinstalled it, deleted the folder it created. I did everything and it still doesn't show. But I did that, download, installed , it's there , so what can I do right now?
Lau9311 Does the Adventure Awaits world load properly in a new save? Please test and let me know. And also let me know whether other content from AA, for example CAS or Build/Buy items, appears in the new save and your existing ones.
I tried a new save and I still cannot see it
The world is not even there anymore. What should I do ?
Lau9311 Please open Marketplace > My Collection and see whether AA is listed there. If it is, but it's deactivated, reenable it and restart your computer.
If AA is there but listed as not installed, please run a search for it on your computer. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP20 in the search field in the upper-right corner. Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result. If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary. Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.
If AA isn't listed at all, please make sure it's still listed as owned in the EA App now that it's disappeared from your game.
