I have 4 packs that are not loading in-game. It says that I need to wait for the expansion packs to finish downloading. I have re-downloaded them and tried to repair my game, and they're still not working. This is in a vanilla game. Any advice?
sew58 Does the content show in a new save? If it doesn't, open Marketplace > My Collection and see whether the R&L and the kits are deactivated. If they are, reenable them and reload the game.
If the packs are listed as not installed, let me know. If they don't show up at all, open the EA App, select Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons, and see whether the packs are listed as owned and installed there.
