I downloaded the For Rent pack and in my game files it says the pack is there but in CAS and in build mode etc it says I don't own it, I have repaired sims and the EA app but the issue is still not f...

So, before I don't really know when, a few months ago though it stopped working, and before that I could use it, now It just doesn't work, like it says I have it but It doesn't show anything/I can't make pets, I don't have anything from it now, and I'm playing on my Mac. which works, but I don't understand what to do to like fix this problem and I haven't played in a while because I can't use the add on of cats and dogs. which I really love to use/play with, but now I cannot do anything with it, which I am sad about.
please check in Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection if it's activated.
You need to do this from the main menu, not from within a save game.
It's updating but I will check that when I can, I think Ive checked that before and it said activated and it wasn't working so I don't really know, but thank you! I will try that as soon as I can
