I downloaded the For Rent pack and in my game files it says the pack is there but in CAS and in build mode etc it says I don't own it, I have repaired sims and the EA app but the issue is still not f...

I have bought 3 expansion packs a few months ago, downloaded them via EA app, sims 4 shows new content and tells me to restart but when I restart they are still showing as downloading. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but no joy: can’t find anyway to actually contact EA/Sims can anyone on here help please?
Are you sure you finished downloading them in EA app? If they are downloaded, then they would stop showing up in the "available to download" list. They would also install from EA app when they are finished downloading.
Yes show as installed on EA when I look at manage add ons exactly same as all those that do work, that’s what makes it so strange.
