Packs/Worlds showing as deactivated in-game/Not active after purchase

Downloaded ea packs.. they still aren't showing up. My accounts are linked because when i load the game on ea my steam account popped up. 

Okay it says the packs are deactivated?

So I just saw this on mine too, I have selected all and removed them then it  stated it would require a restart, it definitely has worked for me 

I went into the sims 4 ans clicked market place and then you click my collection and onto park selectio

Same!! The world nor the items from the packs will show up at all no matter how many times I restart and repair the game

I bought the pack last night but when I try to play the world nor he build items or CAS items show up. Ive tried repairing it and Restarting it, I even deleted the E18 file then reinstalled and the same thing happens. 

Is this happening to anyone else or are their DLCs also not loading??? How do I fix this??

Recently bought 5 packs, for rent, life in death, lovestruck, Eco lifestyle and Fitness stuff. I paid went to download it to my file, however when I open sims game and got to cas it says unavailable. Then I go to marketplace, to my owned packs and not only does it say deactivated for the ones I just recently bought it says deactivated for all my expansions plus the fitness stuff. Under stuff. 

I purchased Businesses and Hobbies the other day. Its supposed to come with a new world to play in. When I go to click on the world, it tells me it's not installed, and when my pack is done downloading to restart my game. I have restarted not just my game, but my whole computer. 

I just bought and downloaded Businesses and Hobbies through steam, but it will not show up in game.

 I've ensured that it's downloaded both in steam and the EA app, restarted the game and my computer several times, cleared cache from EA and Steam, verified the game files, done EA app recovery, and uninstalled and reinstalled the Sims 4. All mods and custom content are disabled and I've tried uninstalling just the expansion pack, running the game, exiting, and then reinstalling the pack and nothing works. I am at a loss for what to try next and I don't understand why it won't show up. At one point after launching I got the banner introducing me to the pack in game, but every other time I've opened the game since then I've had no access to the pack. The world shows up that I've purchased it when I go to manage worlds, but it's greyed out and saying the content isn't downloaded. No CAS items show up in create a sim either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am at a complete loss for what to do. 

My DLC wont show up as owned in my game. It says that the packs are not owned, but they are installed. I have repaired the game, uninstalled Sim 4 and each pack, to no avail. I would greatly appreciate some help, as its frustrating not being able to play the game. ESPECIALLY after the last update.
