Packs/Worlds showing as deactivated in-game/Not active after purchase

I'm also having this issue but with at least 20 add ons. I've been trying to fix mine for now 4 hours and I'm beyond defeated. 

I downloaded three expansion packs and downloaded them but the game says i still need to install them. I deleted the base game and reinstalled it since my expansion packs would have to reinstall as well and that didnt work either  

I successfully pre-ordered ot, installed it in the EA-app, I cleared my cache, I even tried to restart my game after pulling all my mods from the Mods folder on my PC, and I still can't access the pack.

I downloaded an expansion pack, game pack, and stuff pack in a bundle deal this morning (before the update.) None of the BB items, CAS items, or new world are showing up. When I go to filter and attempt to select any of the three new packs, they appear unchecked and it states that I do not own their content. I reinstalled and redownloaded all of them at least five times each and nothing changes. I closed and restarted the Sims 4 app itself, and the EA app, and neither of those helped either. So, I basically spent money on packs that I cant even utilize or attempt to rebuy with "moola"..... 

Game does not recognize my Hobbies and Businesses pack even though it shows in my library on the EA site. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the pack but my game still does not recognize it.

If this is after today's update I found my packs in the Marketplace. They said they were deactivated so I had to activate them and the game then registered them

OMG I just spent the most unhelpful 30 minutes with a support person from EA & this fixed my issue!!  TYSMMMMM

msomers83​  Would you mind posting a screenshot or two of what you found?  A few different people have reported the same issue, in this thread and elsewhere, so it would be helpful to be able to point them to a specific setting.

Sure thing! Go to "Marketplace" then to "My Collection" and you'll see your packs deactivated or active then click on "Pack Selection" and check off the ones you want to activate or deactivate
