Packs/Worlds showing as deactivated in-game/Not active after purchase

OMG. THANK YOU SO MUCH. BEEN SPENDING ALMOST THREE HOURS JUST TO FIX THIS. THANK YOUUUUUUU

Hi! I bought the vampires pack just yesterday, downloaded it and entered the game. At first everything looked normal. It showed up the introduction to new pack thing (sorry I have no idea how to call it), so I entered CAS thinking I'm gonna play the game with my new pack. But then, I noticed I don't have the option to make a vampire (there was only option to become an alien, from the get to work DLC), I can't choose clothes and hair from this pack, when I click filters, I can't even choose the option to select Vampires pack, because it looks like I don't have it, and there's no Forgotten Hollow. 
I tried re-downloading the pack itself, I tried re-downloading whole game, I tried deleting cache, turning off my mods and still nothing. 
Oh, and also I don't have the option to choose packs in game. In the place where it should be the pack turn on and off (again, no idea how to translate), theres a download manager option. When I click it, it's empty.
I hope you'll help me somehow. I was so excited for this pack:(

i have bought the sims 4 horse ranch package, i uninstall then install it again because my game freezes every now and then. Now when I start the game it says that the horse ranch package is needed to play otherwise I will lose things in the game. although i have installed it..

and i have restart my pc.

Click on "Marketplace" on the main page and select "My Collection" then go to "Pack Selection" and you can click the white boxes to select the packs you want to activate if it says they are deactivated. Then click confirm

miphastrident​  B&H is an expansion pack, not a mod.  Are you having issues with some other mod not showing up or not being present in the game?

For B&H itself, open Marketplace > My Collection, click Pack Selection, and check the box on the pack icon.  Then restart your game.

Commenting just to say I’ve spoken with EA support about this multiple times. I also just bought a new pack and a pack I bought over 5 yrs ago now says deactivated along with the new pack I purchase. They said there’s not currently a solution but it’s apparently a global issue that they’re working on.

KayWav​ ShortVskid​  Please open Marketplace > My Collection and see whether your packs are deactivated there.  If they are, you can reenable them with the Pack Selection button (restart afterwards).
