Packs/Worlds showing as deactivated in-game/Not active after purchase

crinrict​ thank you for the pinned message. Removing the usersettings file worked like a charm. Game and all packs are working again. 

I seem to be having the same issue as everyone here.  I purchased a few expansions through the EA App yesterday and went through the process of managing my add-ons, downloading the new content, etc.  Upon entering the game, I received the pop up of the new content but nothing is accessable.  When in CAS, the packs show as greyed out/unowned.  Nothing from the packs is showing in build. When I try to travel to the new worlds, they are greyed out and state that I need to install. I have tried restarting (both app and computer), clearing caches, uninstalling, repairing. Nothing is working.  Edit - I tried using the Marketplace suggestion, but the select all option was already checked and as you see from the screenshot, Life & Death as well as High School Years are "not installed" with no check option.

I redownloaded all Sims games and expansion packs I own on a new computer. I have no mods. Upon building in game, I realized ALL the Small Business Pack Items - pottery wheel, tattoo table, etc. - are missing. I closed and reopened the game and restarted EA - all items are still missing. I repaired the game. They are still missing. I uninstalled the Small Business Pack and redownloaded it and all items are still missing. I have no idea what to do.......

I just downloaded a new pack and 2 kits and they say they are installed in the EA app but in game they show as content not purchased. I did the repair in the EA app twice and it did not fix anything. Closing and restarting game/app also did not help. Just hoping there's some way to fix this. 

Having the exact same problem with a new pack I just purchased 

When the update happened, I waited to download it because of the CC issue. After that seemed to be fixed, I downloaded the newest update and purchased a few packs and kits from the Spring Sale. I purchased the Business and Hobbies pack and installed it. When I went into the game, the world is grayed out and says, "When the game finishes downloading the world with be available." However, in the EA app it says it is downloaded. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Repairing all of the games and even deleting all of my CC and Mods and trying to uninstall and reinstall with just base game and nothing additional (CC and Mods), but it still is not working. I don't have anything from the pack but it says in the game and in the app that I own it. Can someone help me with this or tell me what to do?
