Packs/Worlds showing as deactivated in-game/Not active after purchase

I just bought home chef hustle and the content wont show up in game. it shows I own it but in marketplace it says "deactivated"  Why? I tried to uninstall it and i re installed it...did not work!  Im so frustrated with EA right now its rediculous...They could give a reason or say theyre working on it but we're just left hangin' UGH

It said "Deactivated" ugh so I Uninstalled it & I am down loading it again...I'll check back in LOL

I will do that...TY! I'll let you know...but if I need to  uninstall it can I download it again?  Curious & TY😁

i dont know if you have this fixed now

but go into market place then my collection and see if the pack is activated, i had the same issue and that fixed it

need to click on them and confirm and will have to restart game

Also have the same issue after I installed university, vampires, and get famous packs. Neither of the worlds will allow me access. 

every time I try to activate my deactivated packs, my other packs deactivate, and the other ones that were deactivated become activated. I’ve tried selecting the deactivated packs individually, but whenever I hit continue my other packs deactivate. 

I have tried restarting the game multiple times and have tried to see if the game packs are downloaded and it does show all installed, i have no idea what to do, i have tried what i know

Thankyou, this fixed the problem I had with the Seasons pack not appearing after I had bought and downloaded it. 

HannaVie28​ Hi, their seems to be a problem with the ea app at the moment it doesn't seem to be updating the in game pack selector when a pack is installed. go to the market place and see if your pack is enabled.
