Packs/Worlds showing as deactivated in-game/Not active after purchase

You’re a saint!!! I was having this issue and you just fixed it.

I'm having the same issue but with two kits that I bought even before the Marketplace update, they show as installed in the "Manage add-ons" section, so I don't really know what is going on, I have deleted the EA App's cache and repaired the game. The only thing is that I don't have the latest update of the game because of the mess it caused, but still I got the kits BEFORE said patch, so...

Playing on Mac / Sequoia 15.6

Purchased the pack during the spring sale. It shows as "downloaded" in the "Manage Add-Ons" menu in the EA app, and I receive pop-ups about the skills when I load the game, but NONE of the pack content shows up in CAS, and only a FEW times in this hours-long journey has Iniscreen shown up—greyed out and inaccessible as "not downloaded yet", mind—in the world select menu. 

I have tried:

• Hitting 'Repair' more times than I can count. 
• Deleting all of my mods/CC + disabling mods/CC in the in-game menu.
• Deleting ALL of my saves.
• Doing App Recovery in the EA app.
• Deleting 'options.ini' + 'localthumbcache.package' in the documents folder.
• Uninstalling + re-installing the entire game (ALL expansion packs + game packs) twice. 

And the fruits of my labor, after all of that? Still not able to access any pack content in CAS, and Iniscreen has completely disappeared from the world select menu again.

Needless to say this is a VERY poor user experience and I am EXTREMELY frustrated.

OMG YOU ARE AMAZING! After downloading Businesses and Hobbies, Nordhaven was grayed out and it said, “World not installed.” I have been trying to figure this out for hours! I restarted the app about 20 times, repaired, uninstalled, cleared the cache and nothing worked.  THANK YOU!!

 I purchased the Enchanted by Nature pack for The Sims 4, but it says “world not installed” in-game. Other packs I own are working fine, including newly purchased ones. I’ve already reinstalled the game, repaired it, and reinstalled the pack, but it still won’t show up. Any tips?

Just found out how to fix it! Somehow my pack was deactivated, I had to go into the game, click 'Marketplace', and then 'My Collection'. Click on the button that says 'Pack Selection' and make sure all are check marked. Hopefully this resolves your issue too!!

I'm having the same issue with my game!! It says in the EA app that its downloaded and shows up in the game but doesnt allow me to access the worlds or CC from the pack. Have tried everything, clearing the cache, repairing the game, uninstalling and reinstalling.

Thank you sooooooooooo much. I literally spent hours trying to fix this and NOWHERE - EA Help or ChatGPT or anywhere else was there a mention of this. 

With the last sale I bought a few different packs, one of them being the Businesses and Hobbies expansion pack. Everything updated and downloaded, but upon entering my game to build a home business I realized none of the content from the Businesses and Hobbies pack was in my game. All the other packs were, but in the build mode filter pack list it stated I didn't own Businesses and Hobbies.

I tried repairing my game through the EA app, uninstalling and reinstalling just the Businesses and Hobbies pack, and contacting tech support, but to no avail it is still not showing up in my game. It says in my EA library that it is downloaded and installed however.

Any ideas on what to try next? Photos attached show the in game build mode and EA download manger. I don't play with any mods or anything.
