Packs/Worlds showing as deactivated in-game/Not active after purchase

So I actually pre-ordered royalty and legacy, and it says it is installed in my app, but it is not showing up in my game. I have already tried repairing my game. If anyone has any ideas please help me out!

Sims 4 is not recognizing my Hobbies and Businesses pack even though it is listed in my library. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the pack but it still does not see it. I have even completely removed Sims 4 from my computer and reinstalled it without resolving the problem.

I purchased the expansion pack directly from EA and when I went to play in game it says deactivated.  I cleared my cache, repaired the game, and downloaded the most recent patch.  Please resolve this issue. 

is it only affecting that pack for you? I am having the same issue with every pack

As my game was updating I purchased both the adventure awaits and seasons expansion packs. While I understand there has been an issue with the latest update regarding cc and mods, I've experienced this issue with mods both turned off and removed from the files, and cross referenced a new save game to be double sure. I got the normal pop up that you get when you purchase new packs but also received the pop up for some of the expansion packs that I had already owned. Of note, it claimed in world selection that the "adventure awaits" world had not finished installing, but in cas it claimed i didn't own either pack. I cleared the cache for both the game and the ea app, restarted both as well as my computer,  repaired the game and even uninstalled and reinstalled both packs, and have now spent 3+ hours trying to figure out the issue.

Unfortunately I'm having the same issue I'm now restarting my computer, I just bought 3 packs they've been installed, my games load up screen even recognized me getting the new packs but when I go to use them let alone find them it says I don't own the item. I've made sure I'm logged into the same account as always and I'm still having the issue. Have you figured yours out?

Crystal Creations and Silverscreen Kit are showing up as not owned in the gallery and it will tell me I don’t own content from those packs when I want to download a sim. Yet the assets are there. The assets from those two kits have loaded, just the EA gallery says I don’t own those two packs.

I decided to buy horse ranch yesterday on the sale and it’s not working. I’ve been in touch with EA, we tried several things and nothing worked. It says from the EA app that it’s installed and downloaded, but when I enter into the game it says the world not installed and once downloaded to restart the sims 4. Is this because of the update yesterday?
