EDIT: FIXED ISSUE
I recently bought the For Rent, Growing Together, Nifty Knitting, and Werewolves packs. I have the email confirmations, the money is gone from my card and the content is showing as downloaded in the EA app.
I have tried EVERYTHING to get them to work but no matter what I do, when I launch the game the packs are showing as not downloaded / not owned content. I have reset the app and the game, repaired everything, trashed all my mods, checked file locations, logged out and logged back in, literally every fix I've seen on here.
I just want to use the packs I purchased. Can anyone help please? There's no error code or anything so I don't even know what's wrong.

I’m having a really frustrating problem with The Sims 4 on PC (EA App). I have purchased and installed the get famous and high-paying careers. Even though the folders for the DLC exist in the game installation and EA App says they’re installed, the game doesn’t show the DLC at all. I’ve tried everything I could think of, like reinstalled the game and the DLC multiple times. I removed catche files, disabled all my mods and ran the game as administrator. Despite all of this, the DLC still doesn’t appear in the game. It seems like this problem started after the latest update, some mods also disappeared yesterday due to it, and EA released another update today to fix that. I wonder if this could be causing the DLC issue. Has anyone else experienced this?

I think there’s an update going on with the Sims 4, and everyone has been struggling with this same issue. This completely solved it. Thank you so, so much!

Purchased Royalty pack, have done everything - uninstalled game, reinstalled game, freed up space turned off other packs, the pack wont show up. I have receipt that i bought it, but the game tells me I dont own it in CAS. Dont have the world in gameplay , nothing. I dont have any mods or cc, never had.
Id appreciate being able to play the pack I just spent $45 on,....

I'm glad I could help!
queenmily So when you enter the game at the main menu just click on the marketplace and select "my collection" then you will see all your packs. Select the ones you want using the checkbox. All the packs are in separate categories based on pack type. You can also uninstall and install packs from the "Manage Storage" section
