Packs/Worlds showing as deactivated in-game/Not active after purchase

I FOUND A FIX!!!! Go to Marketplace, then to my collection, then click on pack selection on the right hand side.  It'll show all your add-ons.  I checked all of them and it hit "confirm" (it deactivates all of the add-ons) to deactivated all of them, then I checked on all of them again to reactivate them and now both new worlds I bought today are showing and able to be played on!

I bought two new expansion packs today after the update and when I initially went on to play in the new worlds, they were greyed out and showed "World not installed yet, go to download manager....." however, this may be a quick fix for that!!!!

How did you activate them? i am having the same issue :(

1. Go to "Marketplace"
   2. Go to "My Collection"
   3. Go to "Pack Selection"
   4. Check the box of the pack you want to activate/deactivate and click "Confirm"

I literally couldn't thank you enough. EA needs to either have this information easily accessible or fix this. It's so stupid to have an activate and deactivate when you can just uninstall in the EA app

here's the really weird thing... on the home page of the EA App where you see new stuff and then go down it says new and popular then go down more it shows different types of packs...(only works if they aren't downloaded now) if you click on the ones u own...download them that way cuz it works BUT if you go to your sims 4 game and do Manage add-ons and download them that way it doesn't!!!! weird....I just tried and ya... first way worked and 2nd didn't...sadly 1st way doesn't show/work for kits...not sure a way around for those yet

I have all the packs, and I more recently bought Royalty, Adventure awaits, enchanted by nature, and life and death. It's showing as if I've never bought it. you know for a game that says it's releasing patches to fix the game, you really just break it more with each patch bc this game is having bugs from 2014 still 

How did you reactivate them? I've been trying to figure that out for the past hour. :C
