Packs/Worlds showing as deactivated in-game/Not active after purchase

I'm having the same issues with Adventure Awaits and Enchanted by Nature :(

I have purchased the expansion pack Royalty and Legacy when it was in pre-sale, and I have since downloaded and installed it. However, once I am in-game, it tells me I do not possess the expansion. Is there a way to solve this problem ? 

EA app says the Royalty expansion of the sims 4 has downloaded but can't access it in the game. I tried repair on the game but still nothing. Can anyone help with this? Thanks

Hello! I tried this as well, however, that button is greyed out for me and i cant click on it 😫

Im having the same issue however when i try to select it says i cant and its grayed out not purple

Basically I got a bunch of kits and nifty knitting, installed them, downloaded them and when I loaded up they all had their pop ups in the main menu, but didn’t actually appear in game. All my previous dlc was there but not those ones for some reason. I reloaded the game, tried a new save, restarted the EA app, uninstalled and reinstalled all the new content, restarted the app again, repaired the whole game, restarted my pc, removed my mods, cleared my game cache and none of it worked. I checked the game files and they’re all in there. I’ve tried literally everything I can think of and still nothing. All this on top of all the mod issues after the last update is just sending me.

My purchased game packs aren't showing up in my game. It's showing as if they haven't been purchased? However they are downloaded and in my game library. 

I bought and downloaded Seasons a few days ago. It is downloaded OK, but it is not there when I load my SIMS 4 game. Non of the content is there at all.
