[PC] Save Error 21

I have a problem. I couldn’t save my game because there's a pop-up that's says 'The game failed to save. Error Code: 21" but I've tried to save my game countless times but it's didn't work, I'm not too sure what to do or what's the reason behind this error

Could you please provide the following information

Any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.

Is this the only issue you have or are you also getting any Delivery errors or redX on the gallery ?

What security software are you using ?
