I don't even really know where to begin because I've never had this type of bug before. Mind you, I play with absolutely no mods or cc, and I've tried numerous times to repair the game/clear cache through the EA app. After downloading the latest expansion pack (Enchanted by Nature) and trying to play the world in said expansion pack, my game simply crashes and closes out complete. No freeze frame, no toggle spinning, no warning there's a problem really, it just closes out and I'm back to looking at the EA start up app on my computer screen, giving me no opportunity to save. It has been incredibly frustrating not being able to play the new expansion at all. I've noticed that the crash comes after entering a resident lot and going into build mode in the new world, no matter the length I've been playing the game prior to that action. Hopefully there will be a fix soon :(

could you please add the following info to your report
- Does it crash on any lot in Innisgreen or only in specific ones ?
- Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post
- Please delete all lastCrash/LastException/LastUIexception files, trigger the error again and provide the content of any of these files in case new ones get created. Please either upload them to google or onedrive and link (make sure the link is public) or copy/paste the content of the file.
I'm going to be honest, I have no idea what any of that means or how to find any of that information. My computer was capable of running every other game pack effortlessly, but for some reason Enchanted by Nature is the only one that has not been functionable. I started playing for the first time today since making this post (TWO months have passed) and it still crashes in any of the new world lots. I was hoping the updates would have resolved the issue, but alas the new expansion pack is still mostly unplayable. I'm so beyond disappointed.

Since the Enchanted by Nature pack, recent updates since the Natures Calling event, my game crashes every hour of gameplay. Usually between loading screens, exiting CAS, loading a (home) lot. Vanilla game, I've repaired, updated my PC, done the usual troubleshooting w files and still happens.
