[PC/MAC] [EBN] Frequent crashes in Innisgreen

I'm also having frequent crashes when playing in the new innisgreen world.
-> mine are happening when I am playing as a fairy and going into CAS. After a few times of going in and out of CAS (I am just taking head pieces on and off and disconnecting the fairy form from the human form while doing that), when CAS loads back into live mode, it loads longer than usual and then crashes before it can get out of the loading screen. First I thought it was my lot (a retail), but I had the same happening on her residential afterwards and with other fairies in their own homes.

When I play with other non-fairy Sims the time getting out of CAS is shorter and it doesn't crash regularly. I play on PC.

I'm getting all 3, a LE, a lastUIException and a lastCrash when this happens.

I reproduced the issue to generate the error files, i can either do this by going into CAS of the fairy, or go into CAS of the mannequin as I'm owning a retail with that fairy - in either case it crashes when coming back from CAS). When I travel with that same fairy outside of Innisgreen and go into CAS there, it doesn't crash.
I also tested it with other fairies in a different lot in the same neighbourhood (Everdew) and the same crash happens when coming out of CAS, but without the LE files in their case. I also have this now as a save file ready if you need one.

Repro steps: 

1. load into the retail lot that is in the Tree of Everdew
2. Either go into CAS of the fairy that is in that retail lot (the owner) by shift clicking "Modify in CAS" or click on a mannequin and "Create outfit.. Create outfit in Create a Sim" which brings you into CAS. Change something there and hit accept to load out of CAS.
3. Now the game shows a loading screen, I can even hear the fairy shaking her wings and then it crashes before the loading screen finishes.
