[PC/MAC] [EBN] Frequent crashes in Innisgreen

I edited all files into below post, incl now  all 3 Crash and LE files, my save file and the DXDiag report.

Hi there, my game continue crashing playing on Innisgreen, and is becoming unplayable, today I had 3 crashes. My game remains clean of mods, and sunday I repair the game.

Frequent crashes happen in ALL WORLDS with EBN installed. I played living in Innisgreen for 7 saves (No CC, no mods) but the games would crash after leaving CAS or Build mode and be unplayable. I  switched to play in Willow Creek (no CC, no mods) and the game still crash after leaving CAS or Build mode and became unplayable. I disabled the pack (EBN) with a command on the start screen of the EA App and the game has been playing without crashing while leaving CAS and Build mode repeatedly.

I'm going to be honest, I have no idea what any of that means or how to find any of that information. My computer was capable of running every other game pack effortlessly, but for some reason Enchanted by Nature is the only one that has not been functionable. I started playing for the first time today since making this post (TWO months have passed) and it still crashes in any of the new world lots. I was hoping the updates would have resolved the issue, but alas the new expansion pack is still mostly unplayable. I'm so beyond disappointed.

I have had a hard time getting the Fern and Frond Wading Pond lot to cooperate with the gallery. I have a wonderful build I made around when Cottage Living was first launched that would have fit perfectly in Innisgreen, but even when I place it with no furniture, it just tanks performance for a few seconds before it crashes. I keep testing it on fresh saves, and this specific lot space just won't cooperate.

 I have a pretty good system at my disposal and this is my first crash in years. I'm running with an AMD Ryzen 9 7900X 12-Core Processor, 64 gigs of DDR5 RAM, and a Radeon RX 6750 XT PC with Windows 11 Pro, so it's pretty unlikely that running the game at middle graphics is the root of the issue with my system trying to place this lot.

To recreate this issue: place a detailed lot from the gallery on the Fern and Frond Wading Pond, and watch as it crashes. Take that same lot and apply it to any other 64 x 64 lot in the game.

If you want to get granular, take "The Grand Ole Mill" from MikaMusician on the gallery for the experiment.

do all lots you place crash the game or only elaborate ones ?

To be sure, it doesn't crash on a different lot ? I'm not clear on that from your report.

There are already threads for crashes in Innisgreen: [PC/MAC] [EBN] Frequent crashes in Innisgreen | EA Forums - 12369004 so do you only have issues with placing the lot or also if you build something there and just play ?

There's also threads for 64x64 lots giving issues with placing stuff from the gallery in general so want to make sure it's different.

crinrict​ I've stopped playing the game, but here's the DxDiag from when it did crash. This crash happened in innigreen, but I've played in other worlds without fairies in my household and it keeps happening. especially it=f there are infants and/or toddlers in the household.

My game never crashed before Enchanted by Nature. After downloading it I started getting the white screen all the time. Altering the computers fans helped since it seemed the game heated up the computer too much after downloading this pack. Now it works and I almost never have problems with the white screen! I have the fans on "50 percent" instead of automatic, and it seemed to help. 

I just wanted to come back and report an update on this issue, as I had sent my save file and various reports here for my crashes in this world:

I saw Turbodriver had reported a reproducable crash with fairies that have 2 different skin tones in their forms, and i noticed 2 of my fairies had that setup. Since I changed all fairies in my save to have just 1 skin tone, I haven't experienced the crash anymore. This is not a guarantee that it was that issue, but so far it's going well and I haven't had crashes related to this world.
