I am so angry about this continuing and worsening blank photo situation. We deal with so many annoying bugs in this game and most of us learn to just kind of work around them, but you can't work around hundreds of Photographs of Multiple Generations being Wiped Out! Players get invested in their Sims, especially Legacy style players- It hurts us to see all those memories reduced to black squares! Telling us you've found out why it is happening, but aren't going to give us a fix for a problem you made happen for a month is adding insult to injury. I'm not playing the game anymore until I see a proven fix for this and I will actively tell other people to avoid the game (and any further packs being sold for it) as well.
