Given the sheer number of players in this thread who have reported that they weren't actually experiencing this issue until the latest update, it appears that rather than fixing these causes, the QA team is actually creating new ones.

EA - I WILL NOT pay a Subscription for a bugged and broken game.
I opened my legacy household after the Jan update and when the load screen took forever I felt sick.
8 gens of photos gone. I think I saved the house to gallery awhile ago. How many workarounds are part of my normal game play? Now I have to micromanage photography. I'm thinking about shifting to screenshots. Make a photo wall, screenshot, then delete all game photography? or, Give it up.
