Mods: YES and I updated ALL and tested in other PC, without Mods too.
Game version: 1.120.140 (January 13)

I never had this bug in my game until today, too.
Just Open game & Save game causes this issue.
Random lot's photos & paintings turn black.
Even if current household's photos are safe, all photos and paintings in other house or public lot disappear.
It is easy to tell by the size of the save files :
Open savefiles in Sims4studio and check the [Save Game Custom Texture], it looks more certain.
