Upon seeing this, I looked at the family I played with yesterday, whom I knew I had been trying to remember to photograph, and saw the following.
I play rotationally and haven't checked whether the photos I took yesterday, which are still in the Sims' inventory, are okay. Since photos are technically "screenshots," I did see that they are still in my Sims 4 screenshot folder.
