The same thing has happened to me aswel!!! It is so devastating because I dıdnt have a problem like this until now and when they told they were fixing I was like so relieved because it scared me so much. And some of the photos were generations ago too :( What I did in the end is I went to an older copy of the save and put all the photos I had in my house on a wall and saved the wall of photos on my library as a room. Hopefully I can put them back from there when they fix the bug but I am very scared to even open the save right now. Hopefully they can fix it quickly. (I wrote all this but mods like MCCC might have caused it aswell. Don't forget to update your mods guys)
Well it seems like my mods were updated after all :(
