Same here, im playing on PC / windows 10 / DX11 / with automatic boost in game / i dont play with a lots of mods just 5-6 little mods i remove when there are update / All The Packs of Sims 4
By chance i often save my houses on the gallery and my sims 4 folders for backup on my hard disk, but playing with a lots of stories in rotation on a save or actually a legacy on another save, the photos are really important to me and represent more than 100 photos in all my game, families and world (I have all the packs so about 20 worlds) and i cant to put them back all the times...
When im loading my save i have all my photos on the walls and inventory for all my families in different worlds like my last save before the 13th January update, but i made some change after the update, i saved, quit the game and reloaded my save and all the photos are gone and went black everywhere in every houses, every families, every world...
Its Sad, Devastating and Frustrating... I deleted my Sims Folder and replaced it by the One (Backup) i saved before Update...
But... I DEFINITELY CANT PLAY ANYMORE TO THE SIMS AS LONG IT WONT BE FIXED, because each time i will save i will lose them again... And I cant to lose my photos and play without them its part of my stories and legacy... :(
