When you all mention saving your pictures on the gallery, do you mean 'My Library' or on the actual Sims 4 gallery? I have an old save which I haven't accessed, and am willing to not use it until the fix comes, but for the future, I want to use the Gallery save, but I'm not sure where to save them to. TIA
Either one would work, but I just use "My Library" since I'd rather it not be publicly accessible. If you're unable to access your library for any reason, or like it gets wiped somehow, then having it saved publicly to your profile would be helpful in those instances since I think it should still be there.
I have walls filled with photos that I had in my sims' inventories or around their house that are saved as "rooms", as well as the house itself every couple months since I've been playing the same sims with minimal aging for like a year. The only things that don't save are in-game generated images like photobooth pictures or date rewards pictures, graduation photos, or memorial portraits. I use Ravasheen's Photographic memory mod to transfer photobooth pictures to polaroids since those are able to be backed up as long as you have the mod installed.
