Never had this issue before. All my photos and paintings on walls have turned either black or white. This is infuriating. Are these photos and painting files gone for good now? My most recent unaffected save is from 3 months ago. How can a supposed fix cause completely new problems? All the money we put into this game and this is what happens.
So what are we supposed to do while we wait until FEBRUARY(???). I went into my old save and was able to save a few lots with photos and paintings to my gallery, but I've lost months of photos. How much money do we all put into this game? The developers don't care about us. There's a fix but they won't release it? We have zero guidance from them on how to salvage things or protect our saves. I'm so pissed off and tired and this feels like it might be the final push away from Sims. I'm so angry. And yeah, I should have had a more recent save before the update but isn't it insane that we have to save our game to our desktop before a patch??
