Same! It gets even worse. I went into old files to get Graduation photos and was fine. Then go back in and it rewent black. SO NOW today, jan 22, I upload graduation pictures to my library and I CAN SEE BEFORE downloading into newer file that it is saved in the library and is just fine. WHEN you are looking at the item while in library you can see the picture is fine. BUT when you download it into any file it instantly blackens it. SO SAVING to library work around is not even working anymore. HOPING after they do the next fix, those sitting in library, can be downloaded into newer files. ALSO the cross stitch, the paintings even in sims personal inventory going bad. AND EVEN stuff downloaded from the gallery is going bad. LIKE paintings people put in builds or upload to gallery to share with others. THIS is a deal breaker for me. UNTIL this is fixed, NOT going to play any more progression in my game, and certainly not buying anymore packs. HOPING they get this fixed!
Exactly. I went through a whole bunch of time to save photos from old saves into the library or the gallery. And then tried to transfer them into my current game. They all went black. And as you mentioned all of the photos and builds that I have Taken from other players through the gallery have also all gone black. They’ve already announced that they know what the problem is. But for some unexplained reason, they are just sitting on the fix and going to include it in the February update supposedly. Instead of just doing a hot fix now and letting us enjoy the game. I agree with you I will not buy any more product from them when they let things like this linger intentionally
