I didn't experience the bug until I bought businesses and hobbies this past December as a birthday gift for myself. After I updated my game I went in to play and saved as a habit because we all know how the game can just crash out of nowhere so I make it a habit to save. I continued to save a few more times after my usual rotational gameplay. However after loading into my favorite household is when I noticed my beautiful pictures of my legacy sims were all black. I exited the game immediately and tried to go back to a previous save but since I saved multiple times the only previous saves were from that day and one from months ago. It seems there is nothing I can do now and not going to lie my grown self cried like a baby. These were precious pictures of so many of my sims and their families, weddings, births, etc...all of it black! I agree they shouldn't be focused on another expansion pack while there are so many bugs that needs to be fixed, especially this one. I will not be getting this new pack or the adventure awaits because neither peak my interest but most importantly as a consumer I feel robbed. I feel I've wasted time and money on a non-fixable game. I feel robbed of my memories of good times I had playing this game and honestly just sad. Now after looking back I should've given myself a better birthday gift.
