This JUST started happening after the recent January 13th update, and I’m honestly furious. Every single photo in my save turned black again out of nowhere. I keep seeing threads marked as “solved,” but clearly nothing is solved for console players.
I can’t roll back to an older save from January 10th without losing HOURS of gameplay and even an entire baby that was born after that date. That’s not a real solution — that’s basically telling players to throw away progress because of a bug the update caused.
None of the usual “fixes” work long-term. I’ve tried everything, and the photos still turn black again.
So I want to know:
- Is the next patch going to restore the photos we already lost?
- If not, what is EA going to do for players who lost gameplay memories because of this update?
- Why are threads being marked as “solved” when console players are STILL experiencing this?
At this point I don’t even know if I’m supposed to keep playing or stop until EA fixes their own update. This is genuinely ruining saves and storylines.
Please give an actual answer and a real solution.
