Photos/Paintings turning black/blank (after 1.102.190/1.82)

I'm on PS5 and am experiencing the same thing since the big July update.
It only appears to be an issue with photos in the sims' inventory, not ones that are hung on the wall (maybe the bug is getting triggered by traveling?)

A bunch of my sims' photos are black in inventory and there are occasions when they paint a picture, the progress of the painting doesn't show, the canvas stays white.  (moving the canvas in Build mode helps if you're at the sim's house, but I don't see a workaround if it occurs on a public lot)

i've noticed for the photos in the inventory that are black, I tried selling the stack and they do sell, but when I save the game and return to it, they're back (I'm not mad at that, because I think I want to see if this can get fixed before I write them off, so at least I get a second chance 😅 ) 

But It feels like the issues could be related because both are about showing a unique image (painting / photo) 

Expected behavior: Photos should have images on them, they shouldn't be all black. Paintings should show an image, either a partial finished painting while in progress or  the completed painting once completed
