My pictures are black after I load back into my game on console.

after taking some pictures of my sims (using the camera from the cozy gamers kit) I displayed them around the house but when I loaded back into my save file today all the frames of those pictures are black. pictures sims took on their phones are fine. I play on console so no mods.
