Photos/Paintings turning black/blank (after 1.102.190/1.82)

Just had this issue last night, which is how I found this thread. I had my sim taking photos of her wife and when I went to place them on the wall, they were blacked out. But they were already blacked out from her personal inventory— I took the photos and they went into the inventory blacked out after exiting out of the camera mode. There were also two photos in their bedroom that I couldn’t remember what they were, gone; I remembered after it was of their dog. Those were taken by my other sim with her cell phone. Their wedding photos that I took previously seem to be okay. Now I am afraid to open my game and play any more thinking any of those could black out.

The only script mod I have is MCCC. I have cas/bb custom content but I’ve been using all of this stuff for years and only just encountered this issue. I’m also playing on a Mac, it’s from about 2019 maybe earlier. I don’t know if it’s happening in other saves but I’m honestly too afraid to open my game and check 😖
