Photos/Paintings turning black/blank (after 1.102.190/1.82)

I'm playing on pc, and this happened to me in my game a few days ago my teen sim took a picture of himself before I left my game for day of course I saved my game and everything the next time I reloaded my game the picture was black. But it's crazy cause he has pictures of himself as a kid, and they're perfectly fine. I notice that if I use the lock family wall frames from growing together it keeps the pictures safe or the moschino stuff pack digital wall frames helps too.
