Photos/Paintings turning black/blank (after 1.102.190/1.82)

My painting that was painted using the paint by reference all turned white after loading again into the game. Putting them in sims inventory or household inventory also showed them as white canvas. But the painting still have all the options that are available to any finished painting (sell to collector/gallery, frame, etc), which i think this is a different bug than the other one where if you have unfinished painting on easel, it suddenly turns blank and only have scrap painting option.

These are the steps that i took to reproduce the bug in my game.

1. Removed all my mods and CC from Sims 4 folder, and delete all caches.
2. Started the game and at main menu, open game option and disable script mods and custom contents.
3. Restarted the game and started a new save file.
4. Created a sim and moved them into the Spencer-Kim-Lewis household.
5. Made Alice Spencer-Kim paint by reference (medium painting).
6. Once completed, I immediately dragged it to the wall, did not put into any inventory before putting on the wall.
7. Played for awhile, and exit the game by using the save and exit while still in their house.
8. Played again on the next day, and when I checked the painting, it already turned white.

I think this bug is new, because few updates before the current one, I’ve been painting by reference a lot and never have this issue, except for the unfinished painting turning white and only have scrap painting option, cannot continue even by the sims who started the painting. And I rarely use the save as function when playing the game and do not play different save files in one session, as in if I start a new save, I don’t go back and forth to play my previous save too, I play the same save file until I decide to start a new one.

I play on laptop (Win10), through EA app, Sims 4 game version is 1.117.244. Currently using DirectX 12, the graphic card(?) is Intel(R) HD Graphics 520. My graphics settings in-game are fullscreen, refresh rate 60, resolution 1600x900, graphics quality is low medium, and I’m not using the laptop mode option. I only have Sims 4 base game, do not have any packs.
