Photos/Paintings turning black/blank (after 1.102.190/1.82)

Dear EA games,

Yes, I have the same issue from the last game update

And yes, I have read about the problem. The main thing that all photos became black is losing textures of photo from the game (and from my save file).

Okey

But I think ALL custom textures of photo paining or whatever MUST save in uniq and separate folder NOT in the save file which can be damage with any update of game. We have a separate file with screenshots for example. They don t depend on new installing updates, mods and so on.

I really appreciate the game, I buy all of your works 

BUT this problem is really serious! 

And you just say that ALL hours that I spend to do all of content in my game (photos) - going to a trash? I had about 150+ photos of my dynasty. How many hours I will spend if I start to recover them by using S4Studio?

Are you really serious? Is this really the best solution? Sounds as a joke or even a mockery of the sims players

In addition: I also lose all photos from my sim inventory since last update. How you can explain this problem?
