My framed photographs of all my generations are blacked out. This has happened before but I back up my photos by placing them in a room and saving the room on my gallery but since this recent update I have gone to find my backup photos on my gallery to replace the blacked out ones and the ones in my gallery are also all blacked out.
please tell me there is a way to fix this
