Photos/Paintings turning black/blank (after 1.102.190/1.82)

Commenting to emphasize the importance of fixing this and to express my frustration (yes, I'm just venting).

Photos are the most precious thing to me in my games. They document the time I spent with my sims, creating, telling stories, completing challenges. A photo capturing a rare moment is priceless, the greatest achievement I can get. There's nothing with the same emotional value in the whole game. Losing these irreplacable memorabilia takes away 90 % of my remaining motivation to play this broken overpriced game. And this is not even the first time this happened to me.
Moreover, lately the contains of all my storage items disappear, the game crashes randomly deleting my progress, and the lots I save to the gallery as a precaution place as blank with nothing on them. How do you expect me to play? Should I just give up?

I am enraged and heartbroken. Please fix this.
