Photos/Paintings turning black/blank (after 1.102.190/1.82)

Edit: 27 Sept ---  I am on PC, Win 11 Since I don't understand the point in many saves - I need to say -  I have 1 save that I have been playing - I now understand, rotationally, for over 5 years now.  I lost the previous save because of ?corrupted CC? and had to delete everything Sims 4 from my system and start 100% over.  This is that "new" game/save.       --- Please just take my word for this : I put 1 "new" picture in the keepsake box now 6 days ago - Last night I finally remembered it and took it out of the keepsake box and it had turned black. I didn't think another picture of it would matter at this point.  Also, still -  none of the pictures/paintings on the walls or in the sims' inventory have turned black, in my game, not the older one's or the new ones I took roughly 6 days ago. 

25 Sept -Just reporting an update from the post I did some 4 days ago.

I completed the week 1 of the event and the none of the photo's thus far have turned black.  If they do - I will come back and post it.   I attached a pic with what I did to test this out - so far.  I hope it will help.  Remember - My game has never had cc or mod in it, ever!  

I do not have all the packs like many do.  That is important to know.  I included a pic so you can maybe rule out some things??  I do hope it helps you!  Also: all the photo's are blurry now.  Would that have anything with them turning black - kinda like they are disappearing, fading away????  Just an idea.
