Photos/Paintings turning black/blank (after 1.102.190/1.82)

I am currently creating a save-file for myself, i age down the Spencer-Kim-Lewis family all the way before having children, meaning that the household now only contain a young Vivian Lewis with her husband (named Oliver), Dennis Kim & his (currently wife) Lydia Spencer.

I made this sims to pose for photos, place the photos on the wall, and save the game not once, but three times, after witch Vivian, who pas pregnant with eric at this time, gave birth at the hospital where she received eric's birth certificate and the a frame with his prints.

 Please tell me why, after giving birth and returning home with the baby .... the birth certificate and the framed prints disappeared, and all the photos in the entire house went black!? 

I also want to mention, I have only one mod currently working in the game, and that mod is: MCCC because I need it to control the baby gender & speed through the pregnancies of various sims.
