The manual on how to recover a backup isn't really helpful for console.
And in my initial report I wrote that paintings that my Sim was painting were blank, right after finishing them. (Without any reload into the game, etc.)
So did the information get lost, while I was actively playing the game?
I can't send any files, because I am playing on a PlayStation.
