Dear EA/SIM4

I am missing my photos in most of my games. I am highly upset because everytime the game is updated my photos are missing. There has to be something you can do to get them back. This happens everytime, maybe it would be best to fix the bug first before upgrading the game so we can keep our photos. I spent alot of money on these packages not for me not to lose my photos. Please review this area in more detail because people like me depend on our photos to hang up in our Sims home.
