I took an imaginative selfie with the bear for the forever friends event, put it in the reward digital photo frame as per event quest and the next time I loaded the game it had turned black without an image. My child sim who took the photo didn't have a camera in his inventory, it took it automatically via the interaction. I'm on ps4 no mods, CC, cheats etc, both console and sims 4 are updated to the most current version and I always save first then exit the game separately. I'm not a big photo taker as I find they cause lag in my game so I don't know for me personally how long this has been happening 🤷
