crinrict I have had my photos in the new modern digital frame from the Forever Friends event turn black and will not come back by resetting the frame or the photos. Photos in regular frames appear to be unaffected in my save at this time. But I've lost photos in the new frame twice now.
Same here! It seems putting pictures into anything will turn them black on a reload.
So far this happened to me with the digital photo frames from the event, and the ones from Moschino.
Putting them in storage boxes also turns them black.
Putting them in the keepsake box turns them black as well.
