Photos/Paintings turning black/blank (after 1.102.190/1.82)

This is a bug that has been in the game for years. There is no rhyme or reason for which photos turn black. It's incredibly frustrating -- and why hasn't it been acknowledged and fixed by the Sims team yet? It's a big bug. It ruins gameplay, especially if you're a family/legacy/generation type of player, or simply someone who likes taking pictures for memories or retail systems (like a photography studio) within the game. People use photos for everything. It's crazy to me that this is still under "Need more info" like what?? Why isn't it being investigated??

Literally open up the game, take a bunch of pictures with a camera, save, exit, and odds are most of the pictures will have turned black. It shouldn't take too long to "get some info." 🙄

This needs to be addressed and fixed asap. This is a HUGE bug that the team can't continue to turn a blind eye to, otherwise it's incredibly unfair and distasteful considering how much money we consumers poured into this game. Photography is -- should have been -- my favourite skill, and I can't use it.

I've tested multiple "work-arounds". I tried saving pics to a room and uploading it to the gallery to later add back (still black), I tried saving first and going to another lot and not "save & exit" -- still black. I tried copying the images--black. I tried to wait around for a while before saving to give the game time to save the textures or whatever so they don't go missing... still black. Tried with no filters, with filters. Mods. No mods. Ravasheen's photographic memory mod to copy and upgrade picture quality.

Nothing I try works.

Same results. Black photos.

Can't use keepsake boxes or chests. Anything with an inventory. 

This is extremely broken. And it feels like no one on the Sims team cares to even address this issue. Why come up with an "Imaginary friend Event" that rewards you with a picture frame, that requires you to take a photo to place within the frame, and then when you do, save and exit and come back, it's black?? What's the point of introducing another broken feature when the whole photography system has been broken for many years and nothing has been done?

And, when you do take selfies and photos with another Sim, why do the photos look wacky as heck? You can't even see the Sims as they are mostly out of frame.

Photography honestly needs a major overhaul in general.

Please... please fix the black photos. It's so depressing to see pictures--memories--disappearing. I feel so sad for legacy players who have taken sooo many pics of their families just to see it all wiped away as soon as they load up their save.

Pleeeease fix this.
